How do the vouchers work?
It’s easy! Just select the length of subscription you want and place your order. You can get the voucher sent to you or your gift recipient.
The voucher comes a unique code and details of how to set up the subscription. Any issues, email adam@craftboxclub.co.uk for help!
When do they get their first kit?
All Christmas subscriptions started before December 16th will be shipped by December 17th to arrive before Christmas day. Subscriptions started between December 18th and January 5th will be shipped on January 8th. We will then return to the usual instant dispatches in the new year.
What will the first kit be?
Christmas subscriptions started this year will begin with our Christmas kit. Pre order now this year’s special Christmas Snowflake Cross stitch kit. If you start next year you’ll see the kit of the month on the home page. Don’t fancy that one? Choose from any of our past kits and ask us to swap them. Just email adam@craftboxclub.co.uk
Do they need to be at home to receive the kits?
No, there’s no need to sign for the boxes.
I want the first kit to come to me
Want the first kit to come to you so you can present it to them on Christmas Day? Set up the subscription with your address and drop an email to adam@craftboxclub.co.uk after Christmas to change the address.
