Gift Subscription FAQ
How do the vouchers work?
It’s easy! Just select the length of subscription you want and place your order. You can get the voucher sent to you or your gift recipient.
The voucher comes with a unique code and details of how to set up the subscription. Any issues, email adam@craftboxclub.co.uk for help!
When do they get their first kit?
We dispatch every order by Royal Mail instantly , so they’ll have their box in 3-4 days.
What will the first kit be?
You can see the first kit of the month on the home page. Don’t fancy that one? Choose from any of our past kits and ask us to swap them. Just email adam@craftboxclub.co.uk
Do they need to be at home to receive the kits?
No, there’s no need to sign for the boxes, they’ll be waiting safe and sound on your doorstep when you get home.
