HoW to make Beeswax Wraps

How to make beeswax wraps

Introducing Beeswax Wraps…

I’m super excited about this one! Not only is it plastic free, it’s plastic negative! This is probably one of the easiest kits I’ve put together but I think it looks beautiful and really fits in with our mission to get you more creative, super fast and also reduce our impact on the environment!

TOP TIPS

-Don’t use too much wax - Less is more. If you use too much wax then you’ll get a greasy finish. Don’t worry, it’ll still work, but it won’t look so pretty!

-Even a low oven is hot - Be careful!

-Use your creations! - Don’t let your creations go to waste! They are super helpful in any kitchen. Use them, wash them in the sink and reuse again and again.

-Use spare wax to make gifts - Each kit contains 3 wax bars. You only need one and a bit for this amount of fabric so keep it and use it with other fabric you have, e.g. old t-shirts or cloths. Make gifts for your environmentally conscious friends or make more for yourself!

-Remove the wax - Beeswax can be tough to get off your utensils. The best way is to melt it with boiling water then remove. Be careful!
